Hi! It's Regina, your Tampa boudoir photographer
I thought I would write a blog to introduce my goofy self. I had my first FULL boudoir experience with Chanel Fernandez Photography back in 2020 when I opened my current studio. HOLY SHIT! I’ve had photos taken before, but I never did a full beginning to end experience like this. I was so negative going into it, honestly. My body image was depleted after having a miscarriage and unsure about what next steps I wanted to take in my personal life. For whatever reason, business decisions have been clear and easier for me. Upon opening my studio, I knew I had to have my own session there. My good friend Chanel has been a boudoir photographer in the area and I trusted her with these images.
I’ll just say it again, HOLY SHIT! After seeing the images, the idea I had in my head of what I looked like and what I presented to people when meeting them completely changed. I gained confidence back. I hadn’t completely lost it, but it was replenished. I realized I CAN be sexy, not just goofy and nerdy. I wanted to show my personality, something I suggest to everyone who does a session, so I brought some props with me too.
